What
We partner with social, public, and private actors to design systems-level solutions that can drive positive and holistic youth outcomes. More importantly, we work alongside those charged to serve youth (educators, funders, program teams, governments, youth-led organisations etc), to better understand their youth audience, and improve their institutional knowledge and capacity to serve youth well!
How
In our Youth Development Practice, leveraging over 15 years of youth development experience, we seek to do the following:
- Help strengthen the youth development ecosystem.
- Advance best practices and thought leadership in positive youth development to practitioners, policy makers, development partners, and educators.
- Build the capacity of youth development actors, including youth-led organisations.
- Facilitate partnerships to elevate African youth, and addresses the urgent and wicked problems facing the youth demography.
- Facilitate the design and delivery of transformative youth programs and policies across the continent.
- Generate insights and develop resources that the ecosystem can leverage
